After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron. All prices quoted are in US Dollars and credit/debit cards will be charged in US Dollars. If you are shopping outside the USA, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All prices exclude shipping charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. Details of shipping charges will be displayed to customers clearly during the final stages of confirming your order. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. RECON STORE reserves the right to substitute alternative equivalent postal providers/couriers where necessary. Certain products may need to be signed for upon receipt. | Delivery Schedule Orders received before 3pm EST are normally sent out the following working day. Most leather/bondage items will normally be shipped within 7 days, however we aim to dispatch 100% of these items no later than 14 days. Standard delivery will normally be via UPS for USA or USPS for canada, and will take between 3 and 10 working days depending on your state/country of residence. Express delivery will be via UPS normally take between 2 and 5 working days depending on your state/country of residence. |

| Returns Policy Please inspect your goods upon delivery of the package. We are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then simply email us first at USASTORE@recon.com. If you don't like the goods, you ordered the wrong size, or you have changed your mind, you can return the order within a seven-day 'cooling-off' period. If you have already paid for the goods or services, RECON STORE USA will refund your money (less postage & packing) within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement and upon receipt of the returned items in 100% condition. Intimate items such as underwear, dildos, butt plugs, etc. cannot be returned - for reasons of hygiene - unless faulty in manufacture. If in any doubt, please email USASTORE@recon.com prior to purchase. For items which are deemed to be faulty, we will also refund you the cost of return postage.
