I’m missing an item from my order!
In some cases we ship items separately. Mr. S and Square Peg items will almost always arrive separately from the rest of your order. We will always endeavour to let you know when this will happen. Please contact us if you are concerned we have missed an item. close
How do I use the wishlist?
A wishlist is a great way of for you to save all your favourite items in one handy area so you can come back and browse them later. To make a wishlist you will need a Recon Store account; sign up here. To add an item to your wishlist, simply click the “add to wishlist” link next to the item. close
I do not live in the US can I still order from you?
Yes, we are able to accept orders from most countries, even if they are not currently enabled please just contact us at usastore@recon.com and we will work with you. All international orders must have the same billing and shipping address as an credit card fraud security precaution. close
Can I send you a check or a money order for my order?
At this time we only accept Credit Card and Online Orders. We do not ship COD and for security reasons we cannot offer pickup except in the case of event pickup where available. close
