We are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then simply email us.
Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery of the package. If your order is incorrect, you ordered the wrong size, or there is anything incorrect on your order we can exchange the goods for the correct items. Requests for exchange or returns must be received within 7 days of your acceptance of your package. Exchanges for size or color or contingent on stock on hand.
If you have already paid for the goods or services, Recon Store will refund your money or issue you store credit (less postage & packing) within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement and upon receipt of the returned items that show no signs of wear or use. RECON Store USA reserves the right to make a determination of whether an item has been used, worn, or has a manufacturer defect. If in any doubt, please email us. Recon Store receives the right to determine whether a store credit or credit card refund is appropriate.
Special Note: Neoprene and rubber items are very susceptible to cigar and cigarette smoke. Items cannot be returned if they have been in contact with smoke.
Intimate Items
We cannot accept returns on intimate items. These include underwear (rubber, fabric, including jock straps), dildos, butt plugs, cockrings, cock sheathes, ballstretchers, condoms, puppy/dog tails and any genital toys. These cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene - unless faulty in manufacture.
Custom Items
Custom Items such as Rubber or Mr. S Leather are not able to be returned or exchanged except in the case of manufacturer defect. Please contact us before you order if you have a question about sizing on these items. We will take requests for returns and exchanges on custom items on a case by case basis.

Sales and Clearance Items
All sales are considered final on all sales or clearance items.
Request Return
To request a return, email us. For items which are deemed to be faulty, we will also refund you the cost of return postage. To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with any bodily fluid. Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-returnable. Due to the nature of Latex Clothing, Dildos, Pin-Prick pieces, Custom and Made-to-Measure products, all sales of these items will be considered final. Please check sizes or other requirements carefully when ordering.
Once authorised, we will provide you with an authorisation ID and a return address.
We reserve the right to change these policies without notice to the customer.
